Owners Scott Ross and Deborah Taylor met in the upper west side of Manhattan in 2010 while working together in the restaurant industry. One cross country move, one marriage, one child, and one new restaurant.

Chef Deborah Taylor has over 10 years experience in high end restaurants from NY to Seattle including Eleven Madison Park, Per Se, Canlis, and most recently as the Executive Chef of Ethan Stowell's Staple and Fancy.

Front of House Manager Scott Ross has over 10 years in the food and beverage industry. He has worked in New York and Seattle at Txikito, Tilth, Intermezzo, and Goldfinch Tavern.

We are excited to share our food and hospitality with the town of Port Townsend.  We fell in love with the town 4 years ago and have been coming back regularly ever since. We wanted to create something for the community and for our family that we could all share together. After a long search, we found the perfect location. We are thrilled to share our food with you.
